To promote the release of Irish horror movie ODDITY, Submersive was tasked by IFC Films and Shudder with coming up with social and influencer concepts that would draw attention and get organic online conversation going.
• Submersive took the film’s iconic Wooden Man and took him on a tour of NYC. The resulting photos were used for high-visibility partnerships with both Fangoria and Fandango.
• Submersive conceived and created a “What Would You Do?” Video teaser that was shared as part of a massive influencer campaign,
resulting in 3 million+ organic views and nearly 10,000 comments.
• Submersive created a @the_wooden_man_ TikTok account where he stitched himself to videos for other horror movies and occult accounts. In two weeks, the channel has received more than 100,000 organic views.
